Thermostats and doorbells depend on what is in the wall, and checking for a common wire or a working transformer first means the doorbell works the first time.
Your WiFi where the device lives
A camera at the gate is only as good as the signal at the gate, so coverage gets tested before anything is mounted.
The apps and accounts
Half the job is pairing, naming, and handing you a phone where everything works, and we stay until it does.
Placement
Doorbell height and camera angles decide whether you see faces or hats, and we set them where they show faces.

Can you install an EV charger?
Plug-in units on an existing proper outlet, yes. Hardwired chargers and new 240-volt circuits are electrician work, and we will scope yours and point you to an electrician if that is what your garage needs.
My WiFi dies in the back bedroom. Fixable?
Almost always, with router placement, a mesh point, or an extender. We test coverage room by room.
Do smart locks work when the internet is down?
Good ones keep working at the door with codes and keys, and we set every one up that way.
