What decides how long a one-time job takes
The list beats the job
One visit with five small fixes uses the hour far better than five separate calls, which is why we ask for the whole list up front.
Access and height
Work at arm height goes fast, and work over a stairwell or on a ladder goes carefully, which takes longer for good reason.
Parts on hand
When the fixture, faucet, or fan is on site, the visit is all work. When parts need picking up, we say so before the clock starts.
Surprises behind the wall
Occasionally a small job uncovers a bigger one. You hear about it the moment we do, with options, before more time is spent.

Good to know
Is the free hour free?
Yes. New customers get one full hour of handyman work on us. It's how we introduce ourselves, and the rest is up to you.
Do membership hours roll into bigger projects?
Hours go toward whatever is on your list, and if a project outgrows them, you'll know before we start, with the one-time rate covering the rest.
Are materials included?
Labor is what the rates cover. Materials are yours at cost, and for most small jobs it is easiest if the part is on site when we arrive.
Your first hour is free.
Tell us what's on the list, and we'll send your handyman out for a free hour.
