Shower caulking and tile re-grouting in Bend
Caulk and grout are the only things standing between daily water and the framing behind your tile, and both retire without notice. We strip the failed lines, treat what grew behind them, and lay new grout and proper wet-area caulk so the bathroom stays sealed for years.
One-time visits and memberships both start free. See rates.

What's included
Recaulking showers and tubs
Re-grouting bathroom tile
Kitchen counter and backsplash caulking
Interior and exterior caulking and sealing
Sealing gaps around windows, doors, and penetrations
Weather-sealing before winter
What makes new caulk last
Old caulk out, completely
New caulk holds on clean tile, so the slow part of the job is stripping the old caulk back to a clean surface.
The right product per joint
Wet areas want mildew-resistant silicone and movement joints want flexibility, and the corner where tub meets tile is a movement joint whether it looks like one or not.
Dry time
Caulk needs cure time before the next shower, so we sequence bathroom work around your household.
What is behind the failure
Dark lines that return fast can mean water already behind the tile, and we will tell you if we find soft wall behind the tile.
Good to know
How do I know it is time to recaulk?
Cracks, gaps, peeling edges, or dark staining that stays after cleaning. If water can reach the seam behind the caulk, it is time.
Grout or caulk, which do I need?
Flat tile fields get grout and corners get caulk, and most tired showers need some of each, which is why we quote them together.
Does new grout mean removing the tile?
No. We remove the top layer of failed grout and pack new, which restores the seal and the look without touching the tile itself.
